Jena McKinley serves as the firm’s practice manager. She was raised in a small town in Wisconsin near Stevens Point. She moved to Minnesota to attend Dakota County Technical College, earning a degree in Early Childhood Education. Following graduation, she worked at a private school as an elementary teacher. Upon having her second child, Jena decided to change fields and become an office manager. She enjoys helping people to get organized and loves getting to know the clients.

Jena enjoys football (her son plays for Rosemount High School), likes the Packers, and spends time scrapbooking, quilting, crafting, and camping with her husband and children.
